Our residential community features sprawling southern facing lots. When it is complete it will have over 100 single family homes, 5 multi-unit complexes, as well as a large number of town houses (28) and villas (54) all tastefully integrated into a 40 acre community. All of our residential lots offer pre-farmland soil, rich and manured for gardening lovers. Around the residential area will be packed with commercial shops providing city utility for anyone that require it. Many recreational activities are also within short driving, or walking distance away from the community.

The development will be completed in a minimum of three phases where the residential phase currently has homes completed and in various stages of construction with plans for further home lots, multi-unit building sites, townhouses and villas to be built. Currently phase one has been completed; phase two is under planning phase, and will undergo construction very soon. When phase two is complete, more villas, townhouses, and multi-unit complexes will be open for purchase
